How I CAN help
You may recognise yourself here
You may be used to managing, coping, and supporting others — while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of your own needs. You might feel:
stretched or burnt out
uncertain about your identity or direction
caught in patterns of putting others first
affected by a loss, transition, or change in your life
emotionally disconnected, numb, or “not quite yourself”
You may have tried to work things through on your own, but feel that having a space to talk and reflect could help.
Areas I often support clients with
I specialise in working with:
Bereavement and loss
Identity and sense of self
Life transitions (career change, midlife, menopause, empty nest)
Relationship difficulties and boundaries
People-pleasing and supporting others at your own expense
Emotional overwhelm, anxiety, or burnout
A space to explore what’s really going on
Many clients come to therapy feeling that they are “holding it together” on the outside, while internally feeling uncertain or disconnected.
Therapy offers a space to slow down, reflect, and begin to understand what is happening beneath the surface. I will work with you at a pace that feels right for you, offering a calm, confidential and non-judgemental space to explore your experiences.
How we might work together
I offer talking therapy, alongside creative approaches where helpful. As a trained dramatherapist, I can incorporate:
imagery and metaphor
creative exploration
gentle experiential techniques
This can be particularly helpful when experiences feel difficult to put into words. There is no expectation to work creatively — we will always work in a way that feels comfortable for you.
Supporting you to reconnect with yourself
Through therapy, clients often begin to:
understand patterns in relationships
reconnect with their needs and emotions
develop clearer boundaries
feel more grounded and self-aware.
