About me
You might be looking for a therapist who feels approachable, thoughtful, and able to understand the complexity of your experience. I aim to offer a space where you can feel heard, without pressure or judgement, and where we can take time to explore what’s going on for you at your own pace.
My approach is relational and reflective. This means I won’t try to “fix” you or rush the process. Instead, we work together to understand your experiences more deeply, helping you develop clarity, self-awareness, and a stronger sense of direction.
I have over 25 years’ experience supporting adults in therapeutic settings, and I am a BACP Accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist, as well as an HCPC Registered Dramatherapist. I value reflective practice and maintain my own ongoing professional development to support my work.
Justine Garside-Martin
I am based in Colchester (CO1) and Stoke Newington, London (N16). I currently offer online and telephone therapy using a secure and confidential platform and hold an accreditation in online and telephone counselling.
I understand that starting therapy can feel like a big step. It’s important that you feel comfortable and able to work at your own pace. If you’re considering therapy, you’re very welcome to get in touch for an initial conversation.
